Taking my Jillian / Carlos SMART concept a bit further...the 1.1M fronted to JP would be for 3 new locations (build out costs) BUT WAIT...THERE's MORE:

Upon exercise of those 5M 10-cent warrants, INFLOWS to the company would be $500K which could go towards the build-out of a 4th location AND have some extra $$$ left for operational cash.

Damn - I am starting to salivate at the possibilities. Nothing in life is a guarantee but damn Jill has the means, motive, and ability to HELP JP while helping herself and business partner. Very smart and fairly low cost gamble if you even want to call it that. The alternative is owning 5M underwater warrants by 8+cents and that is AFTER putting some work/time in
