1) The consolidation of the businesses is the next big news before EOY.

2) Sale of the toll roads will wait because macquarie is trying to tie settlement with sale of toll road. We wait until 2018.

3) Greenpoint looks to be settled at some point but probably not by EOY. We wait until 2018.

4) Sale of the entire insurance portfolio could occur concurrently with the consolidation of the business. We probably wait until 2018.



These four events are the last four "big" items to be resolved. Following that we should be trading at $6.00. Then we use the NOLs.
