CREEDE - How many shares do you own? I found an attorney that says he has a deal for our shell if I can get to 50% ownership in the common. Per the transfer agent, there are only 149,144,121 shares in the OS. I scrapped the crap that BAUM was trying to do. The AS is 500,000,000 last I left this with the SOS of FL. Do we need 50% QUORUM per FL state law in order to increase the OS, right? I'm not licensed to practice law in FL, but Todd Smith is, and he owns 10,000,000 shares. Just trying to see how much support I can garnish for a true takeover of the shell. Otherwise, I am just a big shareholder of a shell that is just trading for the heck of it. La, dee, da da.....ho-ho-ho......ACCR.
