with this preferred share deal and getting AMHD current
Made UNGS and Ole Anderson the parent co. of AMHD and I hope lots of money as the UNGS / AMHD deal caused the run here, along with a record 22 filing filed over the thanksgiving weekend to get AMHD current. I hope UNGS made a lot of money off the latest deal with this new preferred share guy Liu and Liu is happy with his R/S decision as he has killed the run here that Ole Doc Anderson got going for these guys that are now making bad decisions IMO.
I hope Wayne and UNGS made a lot of money with UNGS / AMHD deal and bring it back home to UNGS as I don't trust the rest of management here after the latest decision.
Besides at least once a year and many times some years UNGS has a nice run and It's about time for another UNGS run as Doc has been giving his shareholders free dividends with 2 free dividends this year so far and with a 3rd one on the way. Price is what we pay Value is what we get.
Excluding the doubles triples and quadruples I have turned on UNGS over the last 5 years.
Just counting this years first run,
I bought UNGS earlier this year for .0001 and sold about $26,000 for a 100% and 200% profit In the Jan thru March UNGS run! It's about that time again.
Now I ride a couple 100 million of UNGS free shares plus 2 free dividends with a 3rd one on the way.
Time will tell what these Dividends are worth as they become tradable.
Which should be soon on our greater cannabis dividend.

The last valuable divvy I got was worth .0005 a little over a year ago. now 4 cents what a difference a year can make.

There is a way lot more Action, Deals and Dividends going on for the share holder with the Parent co. UNGS as upper Management here Liu in particular with his new voting power has made the wrong decisions IMO and at the least he has stopped a Major run and unless he rescinds or cancels the R/S quickly. It will be a real Gamble for shareholders here that hold thru it IMO.
