I'm really not sure..he was supposed to get preferred stock originally...but it appears that never happened...hence probably no merger or acquisition was completed. and aside from that I don't know if he had large common holdings or not. There were close to 100 Mill shares traded while on the greys..maybe some of that was him? Either way i figure if TALK was gonna have a chance Lee would have to be involved with the stores post BK..and it looks like that might just be the case...no guarantees..but at least it seems there would be a chance they will still want to use the TALK symbol to take this thing public.
