....no thats not what im saying. Since they acquired the Florida operation. Matts PR about that said they needed to audit the company to officialy roll over all of those assets into the TGGI shell. He probably can't use the newly acquired assets to buy back shares UNTIL the audit is complete and the SOS has been updated to reflect the acquisition. Where in there did i ever say anything about a false share structure.
