FACT is until ALL debt holders are paid off (meaning the 3a10 has been completed & all PIF) there will be NO audit as until the aforementioned has been accomplished/finalized that debt would still be on the books & a PCAOB audit requires line item by line item verified & signed off on.

just like the required legal filing announcing when the 3a10 was beginning there is also a required legal filing informing the investing public that it has also been completed.
