What qualifies as illegal in Pinks ?

If it is not the company - but a "group" - they can do whatever they want - just like we can - we can buy oR sell shares at any amount we choose, whether it makes sense or not.

How do you explain a trade for a dollar value is less than the actual cost of the trade ?
