Just wait... if nothing happens in a year, maybe a little more, you will be able to prove it's a worthless security and take the loss. In the meantime there is a glimmer that when the UMS,LLC ch.11 is over, something happens, return to trading by filing and appealing or the ever slim possibility of a buyout.
