Young People are not supporting the Local Rural Communities we are living in ...

Our Mom and Pop Grocery store is closing this week ... The Owner is a close personal friend of ours. What he told me was ...

As older people die, younger people are going to the big box stores to do their shopping instead of supporting the local folks whom are their neighbors. The prices are a little higher, but not as much as people say.

Gone are the days of the local restaurants being able to purchase things a mile down the road when they run out of stuff ... Or the ability to buy a few items quickly on the way home.

The closest Local Grocery Store is now 23 miles away ... And they have a great butcher shop ...


We will see where all this goes because every indication is that we probably have less than a year until the "Everything Bubble" breaks, and 2007-8 will just be a fond memory.
