Good news is they are not diluting further as you suggest.They also have not done any other convertible funding tranches as confirmed with their IR guy. Just because it has taken much much much longer to get filings done does not mean they have not been working on it. Ultimately blame falls on management but we do not know the circumstances behind the delay in filing and if it is solely their fault. We can blame them but at least we know they are growing the biz in the meantime and it has been confirmed they are working on it.
