You won't get much for the guys your offering. Degromm to me if you want to go the rebuild keep in mind degromm will be 30 this year and by the time your good he won't help you, so trading him makes sense if your not gonna invest in this current team, or if you have a gm that is gonna make every wrong move in the book with the resources he has. This team can be fixed too. But letting this gm spend 30-40 million wastefully or not trying to build for the future is the wrong move, pick a direction, because as is this team would be lucky to win 80 games without any additions, and truth be told as is this is a low 70's win team.

Trade a Gsellman type for like a jed lowrie to play 2b
Sign a Zack Cosart for SS.
Get a couple of reliever like Reed and mcgee and the team is ready to compete will they do that. Absolutely not that is just one of many example I could give you to fix this team with about 40 million which is about 25 million less than they traded away last year. This team can be fixed, but there is nothing on the farm that will fix it. It has to be fixed through trades and FA. Will they do anything smart, it is not just about resources it is about using the resources smartly, and this gm has yet to show he can do that in my opinion.
