BDI is over 1700 now. 4 year high. Many are cautious, including myself since GE has destroyed the confidence of the long investors. Do you blame people for not buying Drys? Look at the 52 week range of the PPS. With all those reverse splits! The volatility was unbelievable too. At least there is a little more stability here with the New Drys and higher BDI rates. We need a good earnings report for the next quarter. Then perhaps there will be some upward movement.
