Has anyone heard why Amy Sing MD and Garrison resigned. I wonder what the dispute was regarding PN's management?

We still have no new independent director so we remain in violation of the NASDAQ rules on this issue.

Why do a reverse split if you are NOT going to add another independent director? You will still be delisted.

I wonder if the resignation of the BOD members had to do with the reverse split? Were they aware that the R/S would PN in a position to assume control of the company?
