You can bet that they provide valid financial information, P&L, assets, liabilities, applicable ratings, business plans, etc.... and they also undergo extensive background checks. if one is to play with the big boys, one must abide by their rules.

RJDG would be viewed as DOA ... even if they had a viable product, which they do not.
