IMHO we need to move fast because once mgmt realizes they are in trouble - they will protect themselves at all costs unless we can get positive actions With Them working with us vs against us as in the past with reckless abandon of the common shareholder with only their private affiliates in mind

I think all are in agreement we need to executive on any strategies ASAP to avoid mgmt from working against us AGAIN based on past history unless we can change that NOW
