I agree the departure does, at first glance sudden. But to me it looks more like a friendly divorce. His employment contract was not going to be renewed and he continues to help the company find a successor. Basically he and the company are parting as friends. The company felt they needed someone with a better skill set and more industry connections to take them to the next level.

If you read the press release carefully the company is going to enhance the board of directors with more knowledgeable people who have the connections and skill set to help guide the company to the next level.

What is the next level? The infusion product has much broader potential applications. Home chemotherapy for example With some of these opportunities realized the company stock could go to the $3-$5 level. Just an opinion about the stock price - do your own research.
