For bvtk to get the 21 mill revenue means darkpulse would've needed to be paid something for either completing some part of a project or maybe some down payment received for the work order/customer. but i dont think a down payment will be 21 mill from the work order/customer. I think its possible it could be something but again it depends on how quickly darkpulse can execute their projects and then receive payment themselves. I would also think that if darkpulse was given a down payment from the customer, that darkpulse would use the money for equipment and employee costs.

I think that any revenues from this quarter will be tower and software purchases.
