Weirder still than the recent trades for one
share at one tick.


If there is something going on here I am not
able to divine it.


HOLD YOUR SHARES TIGHT until this plays
out is all I can figure. .. Or put some of them
up for sale at a penny, say a million or so.


I think my last buy put me at 37M ICOA shares,
I just now decided to ramp up t0 40M in case
something is brewing... Can't live without risk.
