Blair and SJ, I stand corrected. I really didn't think they could get away with that, but from the language you quoted, it appears that they can. I wish someone on this board was a securities lawyer and could comment on the propriety of that. As for the latest freefall, I think it is mainly tax loss selling. So much money has been made this year in any other stock but BPTH and people are looking to limit their tax liability. Perhaps the dryup in volume today signals that it is coming to an end. Now with any kind of good news, we will hopefully get back to a more reasonable valuation.
