I'm sure things are being done at the moment to secure more funding, but are found to be more difficult with the pending lawsuits. At the end of the day, if Ron turns out not to be who he says, I told you I would admit that I was wrong and you were right. That point isn't today, I believe Ron, Dan, and Otto will come up with something and move this forward.
