Now it would appear that after much of the above mentioned "research and development", He is poised to implement his security solutions on a massive level as a replacement for Kaspersky.

And by the way 7+ billion shares is nothing...Folks like to make a big deal about it...But it in fact, it isnt at all.

As far as your RS issue is concerned....
Given what he stepped in to from the beginning, I see the previous R.S's as necessary doses of damage control to move things along, and begin the tedious walk out of OTC land.


Analogy:

But in the end, if that same person had bet on him each time he ran, their winnings would have multiplied 20 fold.
