Well it will never trade through DTCC
Again. That is they got the new shell
and changed the name. ATIG as we knew it all but gone no value.

The new AGC stock is not us. We would have to be exchanged into it.
Frankly no real reason for them to do that. We technically have nothing of value and the new company would like to Sell all the new stock for cash.

So don’t hold your breath. You can pretty much write this one off as a lesson learned.
