More needs to come in the form of confirmation, but I'm leaning more and more towards that something very solid could actually exist here.

Even as a worst case scenario, I believe this is too good of a public entity to just be allowed to sit dormant. I think a plan for recovery and success will eventually be revealed regardless. I have no problem waiting this out. That agreement could only be one part of what is actually happening.
