DNI well that is very bizzare. I can't imagine why Dan or anyone else would do what is alleged. They just trying to scam Cougar out of the work they've done and monies they've pitched in?

It doesn't make sense to me that DNI is made to sound as if they have control over the local national police force. What is Dan doing, paying off the police to do his bidding?

The only way it makes sense to me is if DNI doesn't have a real claim on the ground and it's a scam. Otherwise why would they do this when everything indicates they'd be pissing away a fortune by screwing with Cougar?

One thing is for sure I would prefer to not be involved in any way with this fiasco.
