It is absolutely unbelievable that they can get away with converting their shares to promissory notes at the high(approx $9/ share) then issue themselves compensation at the low of .50/ share.

Legal or illegal? Certainly unethical in my view. How in the hell could these useless individuals live with themselves. To be that useless in life that this is how they try to make money.

Let me see if I got this right. Convert old shares to promissory notes at high. Use companies current revenue to pay off promissory notes. Leaving shareholders squat. Issue more shares to yourself for the wonderful job that you are doing in generating revenue to pay off your promissory notes. (In my view using company revenue to buy their stock at $9). Take new shares you issued yourself and sell them as well. Or just short overseas and deliver at a later date so that you don't have to file the required paperwork?

Paul, Rich, since you won't answer calls or emails. You certainly don't have the balls to have a shareholder meeting. Feel free to respond here. I have no idea what's going on and am looking for answers. Is my above scenario correct? If it is? You two are a complete waste of life.

All IMO since I can't get answers from the management(used very loosely) of the company to which I own stock in.
