Not exactly sure what you are saying...but I'll add a bit.

I play two games.

I jump in and out and turn some profit on some of my shares. I am also accumulating shares that I don't sell in the hope that there WILL be a big payout some day. But selling some along the way takes my overall cost way down on the shares I still have, so it seems a good strategy.

Are we on a wreck? Who the heck knows. This season was very disappointing...and yet we could hit big tomorrow...or in a month...or not.

I don't know. You probably don't KNOW. I hope we are. Would have been nice to at least found something wonderful. So I have doubt...and hope...and buy some...sell some...build up a lot of shares. Almost for sure more than most of the people on the board. I have been here a good long time...buying up...buying up...and hoping.

The doubt is new after the quietness of the season

Chances are the past cycle WILL repeat unless we hit big...so I look forward to gaining some ground by selling some shares as we go semi-merrily along. Better than holding and making no money and having no hood news....in my opinion. Helps to keep me engaged at least some...as the tide goes out....the tide goes in. The tide goes out...the tide....
