Well, we don't know what Bob said over those slides. I'm sure you've given a powerpoint presentation or two, so you know that there's more to your presentation than what's on the slides. There is the one slide labeled Growth Strategy which outlines several ways they can grow. He might have spent 30 minutes on that slide laying everything out, it's just not written down. Obviously that sucks for those of us who weren't there and just see the slides.

I'm the opposite of you on the dot chart though. It does have some meaning and good points (especially the >100 installations), but at the same time, I feel like it could be easily manipulated by competitors to look the same for their product if they just chose specific aspects of it that no or few competitors have. But, for marketing purposes, a lay investor would eat it up.
