GOT EM! SO MUCH ILLEGAL GOING ON
preparing for my court case, I believe I have them on something...finally.
Joel filed a NT 10-k (saying that his 10-K would be late...by law, that gives him 15 additional days to file the 10-K...well...that was in August of 2016. it's now OVER a year later and the appropriate 10-k has still not been filed.
That's a major violation of the SEC and gross mismanagement by the CEO.
In addition, I can also prove that, as of the last filing, there were 3 OPEN Bud and Breakfast Locations and a plan to run Canna Camp and now...there is ONE open location and no Canna Camp and shareholders were NEVER TOLD that these properties would be closing. That constitutes insider trading and, again, willful omission from the CEO of major events taking place which negatively effected stock prices.
