If they need to create a JV to build ProGen engines in China or whatever then the structure of the deal would be complex (hence Paul M wouldn't have a clue).

It would need to be created with injection of shares and cash but may be more funded by Chinese than PLUG. Need to look how Ballard set up their JV arrangements

US growth was funded last quarter by the rearrangement of factory for third shift and really high volume production. So no or only small one of costs shoudl be charged ow to handle Amazon Walmart and one other at full speed deployment
