One question • Where will Working Capital come from?

They did a 14.8M Unit Placement the last time and generated $1M and if which haven't yet Exercise 14.8M Warrants for $2.1M more Working Capital

There's only 15M Total before Total Diluted

Only got a $1M for the Last 15M or so Placement

Need Cash and I only see a few option's

Reverse in Pinkyland is usually death but not always - I don't see death here - Share Structure is just that and depends how they spend their freed none used Authorized

Normal here for Kal and gang - Buy out with a share structure change - BreathTec being bought or BreathTec buying someone - Eitherway I see change coming and not the NAME but probably before a year from now - BreathTec needs Working Capital to substain the Cash burn rate as been in the past - 95% Complete is easier on Cash burn but NEW CEO will add to that Cash Burn Rate
