An attempt to maintain their control over the system, that I hope, they are losing control over. That in my opinion is one of Trump's main objectives. One thing is for sure they will not go down without a monumental fight. Unfortunately almost all the media and large chunks of the government are resisting the changes we need. Trump knows what needs to be done but does a poor job of communicating it. I believe he is being more successful than is being revealed. Getting his ducks lined up for the take down. The level of corruption is larger and deeper than understood initially. But little by little things are being exposed.
