The EU over-stepped it’s authority here imo.... Corp’s negotiate lower tax rates with the local tax authorities all the time. It’s a way for the country to lure in companies like AAPL. Happens all the time. The EU needs $$ and tried to make AAPL its cash cow. I think AAPL will win the appeal....if they don’t then lots of big companies in Ireland better beware!
