To me it indicates that they will go current as it makes no sense for dark reporting shell to update that info daily if they were to remain dark.
One thing I am not certain of is the significance of the held at DTC number as that is not a number most companies show and thats even QB companies.
Add to that the PR from Agrimed stating that UNVC is their partner followed by appointing Dalton to Agrimed's board, that alone was enough to get me to buy a ticket for this one.
But the further key is that Agrimed is a private company, they have no obligation and frankly no benefit to issuing PR's relating to UNVC partnership or appointment of Dalton to Agrimed's board. It is odd for a private entity such as Agrimed to PR such news and even having a board of directors is much more inline with a public entity than the typical structure for a LLC which usually has members.
So we have a private entity issuing PR's like a public entity would and have announced that UNVC is their partner and Dalton is now a board member of Agrimed and UNVC started updating their share count info just before the Agrimed PR was released, pretty coincidental that no new info comes out from UNVC and just before Agrimed issues the PR all the sudden share count is updated daily.
Then futher you have Agrimed liking tweets talking about a merger with UNVC which is another odd move that all certainly points to a relationship between the 2 entities.
My guess is a merger will take place as I would bet that Agrimed will need capital particuarly if they are going to operate in multiple states and not just PA.
Frankly, if this goes current even without news it will take off, if it goes current and a merger with Agrimed is announced this could be the MJ play of the year. Was lucky enough to be a part of one of those massive MJ runs a few years back and this could be another for the record books based on Agrimeds projected revenes and hype this could hit 100M market cap which would be .10, not saying it will just is the stars allign there is quite the chance with how thinly this stock trades for a trip zero dark reporting shell at the moment.
