Revenue declined by 2.2% for the most recent quarter. This coupled with the restatement of revenue for the previous quarter for approximately $649,000 and the name change is probably contributing to this downward Trend in this stock.

We need some news on the Nevada acquisition or some other good news to give the stock boost.
