Buy volume was slightly ahead of sell volume all day until 16:00:35 when 619,014 units flipped. Sell @$12.05.

Is that pre arranged by the MM to take what the market didn't during the session? Close established the price? Any idea as we see a lot of big after hours blocks in the first minute or two on most stocks. Guess how markets are made.....
