Does a $.23 PPS mean a job well done? I suggest not!

Send a message to the Board and vote no on the compensation plan, reverse split and withhold your votes for PN and the BOD.

Blair, you raise good points. Does the market know something we do not? Is another timeline again to missed by PN? Are the combination trial results not as expected? What else could explain the continued decline of the PPS?

One thing is certain by PN holding the CEO, COB and CFO there was no else with any power to advise the BOD when to raise and how to raise funds. PN needs to GO NOW!

This company is priced for BK and we have 8 million in cash.
Is our technology only worth 10-15 million? That is a sad but perhaps accurate commentary on PN's management of the company.
