Well essentially they are worth 7.5 cents which is why its interesting that a fund worth 162 billion would buy it at all much less 7.5 cents worth. The other fund that bought 10k shares says they are still looking into the purchase. You now have two multi billion dollar portfolio managers that own a minuscule amount of shares of an otc stock that has been silent for about a year.
