So I noticed this have a “discov” tag next to them on the pacer monitor site. I’ve forgotten that they’re proceeding with the court cases and where they’ve picked up is the “discovery” phase. It’s a lot of noise typically that may never produce anything. Both sides just gather as much info as possible and when one side gets difficult we see a Pacer from the other lawyer. They’re usually asking the court to order the other side to release information in some manner
