The only way to Counter his doing from happening...peoples should Buy at the Ask as soon as the PPS is Taken Down. Buying at the Ask Right Away as soon as the PPS is taken down,the PPS cannot be Brought down more and more....But this buying at the ask right away has to be done continuously to be effective!....

Team work is necessary!!!....
