I personally would not invest in this company, but the 30 minute chart shows a potential nice move upward including a nice flag formation. If I were to buy (which I won't because of the long chart history), I would watch the MACD. If it goes positive (greater than 0) it might indicate a nice very short term gain coming. Also, watch for a close above .39 as a very positive indicator.

As I stated before, I have not looked into the value of this company hardly at all. I know that it has been a dog for 3 years and that should give everyone pause before investing here. However, very short term, things could be good strictly on watching the charts. Good luck.
