Maybe the SEC still has the hearing on Dec 8th to order the final revocation, idk, I figured in the last postponement order it said show cause by a certain date or else be revoked by default.

I guess we'll see... it's either appealed or will be revoked.

Accordingly, each Respondent is ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE, by October 26, 2017, why it should not be deemed to be in default and the registration of its securities revoked. S https://www.sec.gov/alj/aljorders/2017/ap-5171.pdf

And then in the last any of the four companies could appeal to the SEC within 21 days from the initial decision.

Pursuant to that Rule, a party may file a petition for review of this Initial Decision within twenty-one days after service of
the Initial Decision. A party may also file a motion to correct a manifest error of fact within ten days of the Initial Decision, https://www.sec.gov/alj/aljdec/2017/id1210cff.pdf

Below is where if any of the companies appealed, then they would not be included in the final order.

The Initial Decision will not become final until the Commission enters an order of finality. The Commission will enter an order of finality unless a party files a petition for review or a motion to correct a manifest error of fact or the Commission determines on its own initiative to review the Initial Decision as to a party. If any of these events occur, the Initial Decision shall not become final as to that party.3 https://www.sec.gov/alj/aljdec/2017/id1210cff.pdf
