I have seen nobody lining up for any of ERHCs assets. Not a single entity was lining up for Chad so ERHC forfeited all those blocks after 4 years of trying to find anyone who was interested. Nobody was. In the JDZ, ERHC has been trying for 6 years to get a new partner. No interest there either. In the EEZ ERHC has been trying for a decade to find a partner. No partner there either. In Kenya, ERHCs partner bailed, ERHC still owes them 10 million and it appears ERHC has lost that block too because no extension has been granted.

So, the truth is nobody is all that excited about any of ERHCs blocks. It looks like ERHC will lose the arbitration with Kosmos that could take years to resolve. Then ERHC will have nothing left of any value.

Have you heard that the CEO of ERHC is selling his house, can't be found, has issued no shareholder updates in 6 months and that nobody has seen or spoken to him in the last 6 months either. Do you think he's having to fight off all those standing in line? Or do you think he bailed the country and is in hiding?
