December 8th.

There's an expectation of a settlement announcement due to the latest 10q verbage from CCGI.

The next status hearing on the matter is set for December 8, 2017. The parties are in the process of documenting a settlement.



Take it with a grain of salt. We're been down this road before. However, it is markedly different than their previous 10q's verbage.

Personally, I'm operating under the expectation of an announcement.
