No links to supports those claims other than the common share count which is minor in comparison to what the preferred share count could have done by putting MDMN under! That is a fact. KT saved the company!

There is absolutely nothing supporting that Les Price walked away scot free, because that is not the case. Do a little research and you will find KT squeezed all the juice he could from a rock.

What is in front is all Les Price Lemmings making claims that can not be supported.
