The good news is that we have a new accounting firm. The bad news is that the 10Q filing may take much longer than expected (months) as is firm has just got on board as of Nov.22nd as a fresh starter with no previous know-how on DSGT past filings/financials or current quarter numbers. With that, the only plus side that I can see which may drive the PPS at this stage is a PR (NEWS) on how well this last quarter went, disclosing some estimated numbers and highlighting some future growth prospect. This is what I take from this 8K.
