1 and 2 are all that matter for the long term growth of the company for now. 3rd party sales of QVH, while nice, don't produce much in the way of revenue/profits unless selling a minimum dozen per qtr. 1 here, 2 there doesn't dent the petty cash fund. Any sales are one time and will likely be hit or miss. They are giving it away to entice affiliates.

QVH has proven to provide documentation of the medical procedure and the patients pain and suffering leading to quicker and more robust settlements. But a 3rd party sale is a one time deal for likely less than $50k now. No future case funding likely with the sale.

Growth of the affiliate network and the subsequent collection of funded cases should be the top priority. Period.

Still need a new CFO. Current CFO is worthless and would wither under analyst scrutiny. New COO Cronk is part of the SPIN "establishment" having already been "in house" as a director of the company. As noted in the PR, the latest affiliate was very likely already in process before Cronk was made COO although Cronk likely involved to some degree. By now the process of adding an affiliate should be turnkey and not take months to sign.

No one asked on the CC why the Lubbock affiliate was referring cases to Odessa. The telemedicine between home office and Odessa likely born out of necessity for Dr D as he has been traveling between the two often to see patients.

Anyway, get a new CFO and expand the affiliate network and SPIN will likely start moving as the risk of dependence on Dr D driven affiliates diminishes.

Also need to have real call in CCs and let investors ask their questions direct. No need for moderation of questions. Any slides should be filed in earnings 8k for anyone to review rather than youtube. Don't need to keep talking about the past qtr after qtr either. SPIN needs to keep it current and pointed towards the future. That's what people will invest their money in.
