I don’t think they own any rights, they pay for it like most of the other farms. In the 70’s most of the rights were sold off because of some things the government did to make more farmland in Colorado. The water rights became so valuable that people stopped farming in Pueblo. If Notis owned the rights you would have seen them on the 10Q/K, since they would be contributing income.
