QTR over QTR and YR over YR is growing substantially. That o/s will go up another 170M IMO. the increase in o/s was from settling toxic debt. Now they are working with market awareness group and global capital ventures. Some will tell you that a R/s is coming but they have been saying that before march. The share structure was actually larger in march when it ran to .0095 with less catalysts. Heres a breakdown of the settlements over the summer that drove it down to this price. So you can see that the o/s is now reported at 2B. And i did this in october.
