Honestly, they did not. Yvonne Wang explained to me, it will take a ”few days more”. Actually, they do not know by themselves, as this depends on the new accounting firm. Friedman LMM insists, that KIWA has to report already on NYSE standard with 10Q for 3rd quarter. And NYSE reporting is a totally different level than OTCQB before. And it really takes time to adapt to this standard!
